Hello- my name is Sondra Johnson. I’m a Realtor in the Columbus and Central Ohio area, and I work with a team of realtors called The Raines Group of Real Living HER.

As a member of The Raines Group, I personally work with both home buyers and sellers. Meet the Team: We take a lot of pride in making our clients happy in their new homes.

I spent several years working as a single agent and doing it ALL: Buyers, Sellers, advertising, coordinating closings, etc. etc. It was exhausting. Joining a good team gave me more balance in my life.

I’ve got a personal passion about answering those “why do they do that?” and “what do they mean by?” real estate questions. Developing this blog is a natural progression of my need to share.
